Terms of service - Zwixy.com

Zwixy is provided to you as a free service and therefore we require all of it's users to abide by a few guidelines in order to keep the service in order and continuing into the future. If you have any questions regarding Zwixy please feel free to contact us.

1) Please only upload JPEG, PNG and GIF files. Any other file type will not be accepted.

2) We allow most picture contents but we do prohibit certain images:
- Files that are pedophiliac. This includes, but is not limited to, persons under the age of 18 either posing as "models" or taking part in otherwise sexually implicit or explicit situations.
- Offensive and violent images such as abuse of any form, injury and death etc.
- Copyright images.
Any images of this nature will be altered/ deleted accordingly.

3) We are not a hosting company and therefore will not host website images such as image files for buttons, headers etc.

4) Uploads of files containing viruses are strictly prohibited.

If you are found not respecting our TOS then you allow us to put information we have about you on a public page. Your ISP will also be notified and in the worst case we will take legal action (example: you uploaded a naked minor or tried to "hack")

Zwixy.com has to remain a clean and fun place for people.
